Welcome to the Back Porch Apostles

The past four years have been an amazing journey for the Back Porch Apostles. Thank you to our families and friends who supported our passion and put up with weekly practices and being gig gone on the weekends. Thank you to all the new friends we made along the way - what a joy to lift a beer with you and celebrate weddings, birthdays and life. Thank you to the folks who took a chance on the Apostles and booked us to play your festivals, breweries, clubs and fundraisers. And, finally, thank you to all my Brother Apostles for creating the magical musical memories while remembering that life is a lot easier if you can laugh at yourself.

Sunrise doesn't last all morning

A cloudburst doesn't last all day

All things must pass

All things must pass away

None of life's strings can last

So we must be on our way

Thank you kindly friends -

Scott, Saundy, John, Bill & David

Give Back the Key to My Heart is an awesome Uncle Tupelo tune.
